Why can’t I participate in a task when I click on it?
Answer
If you click on a task and can’t participate, it may be due to one of the following reasons: (1) The task has expired: Some tasks have specific validity periods, and if a task has expired, you can no longer participate. Please check if the task is still valid.(2) Qualification requirements not met: Some tasks may require you to meet specific conditions or qualifications. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not be able to participate. Please review the detailed requirements and conditions for the task. (3) Network issues: Sometimes, network connectivity problems may prevent the task from loading or being accessible. Please check your network connection and try reloading the task page. (4) Outdated app version: Ensure that your Kwai app is updated to the latest version. An outdated version may cause task functionality to not work properly. (5) Violations: During the activity period, if you violate the activity rules, including but not limited to cheating, creating multiple accounts for the same person, or downloading Kwai through illegal means, you will not be able to complete tasks or receive rewards. If none of the above apply, we recommend contacting Kwai customer support for further assistance and solutions.
