I still haven't received the refund
Answer
Hello, you can log in to your Kwai account, go to your personal profile page, and click on the "Kwai Shop" button. Then find the corresponding order and click on it to view the refund details.Usually, when your order is closed, the relevant amount will be refunded to your payment account via the original payment method, which generally takes 1-5 working days to process. Please check your payment channel's transaction records or consult your issuing bank. Please note the following points:Different payment channels may have slightly different refund procedures and refund times:If you used Boleto as the payment method, the refund amount will be returned to your Kwai wallet (you can view and withdraw funds from the wallet in the Kwai application) ;If you used PIX balance payment, the order will also be refunded to PIX balance. Please check all of your personal email accounts and promptly fill in any refund emails. Failure to complete this step may cause delays in receiving your refund. If you have confirmed all of the above information and still have not received the refund, please contact Kwai customer service and provide the specific order number and payment certificate.
