How do I change my linked cell phone number?
Answer
In order to better solve your binding problem, please upgrade Kwai to the latest version. You can select profile page-configuration and click [alterar] to change the mobile phone number. If the verification fails, in order to protect the security of the account, it is necessary to fill in the relevant information of the account to verify the identity. Please ensure that at least three items of information are filled in correctly. If the problem still exists, please send us a screenshot of the interface you are encountering in order to better solve your problem. Notice: According to the Kwai platform rules, a mobile phone number can only be bound to one Kwai account. If your new mobile phone number has been bound to another Kwai account, the binding will not be successful. You need to cancel the Kwai account bound to your phone number to release your phone number. If you want to quickly cancel your account, you can log in to your account to contact us through the help center and send a message: "If the mobile phone appeal verification information passes, I confirm the consequences of cancellation, and request that due to the need to change the binding, please cancel the account immediately" .
If the problem is still not solved, you can go back to the previous level, select [Nenhuma das anteriores] and click [suporte] to send us a screenshot of the problem screen. Once we receive the information, we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible!
